1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of your initial purchase. After this period, we cannot process a return or refund.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted if 50% or more of the strips in a box have been used.

If you believe the product didn’t perform as expected, our team may ask you to confirm the correct application method before approving a return.


2. How to Start a Return

Email support@nioxbreathe.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason.

Our customer support team will provide instructions for submitting your return.

Pack your items securely and include your order details so our warehouse can identify your return.


3. Refund & Exchange Options

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

Exchanges: If you’d prefer a replacement product, let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Subscription orders already processed prior to a cancellation request.

Gift cards or vouchers.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@nioxbreathe.com.

We may request photos or additional details to confirm the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping is covered by us.

If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping method and include your order number to ensure smooth processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Proof of Purchase
